We offer whole animals based on 'hot hanging weight', typically ranging from 550 to 600 lbs for bison. Our price is $4.75/lb PLUS butcher fees and transport. With current butcher rates, an entire bison, cut and wrapped in your freezer, costs around $4,000. That's less than $11/lb for all cuts, including ground bison and premium T-bone steaks
BONUS: You can customize the cutting specifications, and you'll also receive the stretched hide and finished skull.
